#1 - Add Software Update checking

- Added Sparkle.Framework to Project.
- Added SUFeedURL key in Info.plist (set to http://sequelpro.com/appcast/app-releases.xml)
- Updated "Check for Updates..." menu item in MainMenu.xib to now point to SparkleFramework updater
