XMLRPC, share and fetch sync fixes
- Add protocol/port selection for manually configured sync hosts
- Respect timeout settings
- Do some better validations (IP/hostname, port, password) before attempting to sync
- Handle IPv6 addresses for sync target
- Nuke some no-op rsync nonsense
- Code style cleanup
