lightsquid package reworked
- Fix cronjob handling
- Fix lightsquid.cfg handling
- Provide instructions to users and add corresponding input validation; completely stop touching Squid packages configuration directly
- Remove unused junk
- Provide some logging for debugging purposes and add comments
- Code style fixes
