Subject: Moved perl's MarkdownTest test files into new testing framework. One
 2004 test and 23 2007 tests are failing so I set them to be skipped for now.
 We'll have to explore those failures later. A few may be issues with
 normalization, but most appear to be edgecases with markdown.
