Added an alternative meta list syntax.

Implicit syntax (existing):

    tag: Python
         Markdown

Explicit syntax (new):

    tag: Python
    tag: Markdown

These two examples are now equivalent. Previously, the latter would produce
`{u'tag': [u'Markdown']}` rather than `{u'tag': [u'Python', u'Markdown']}`.
